Salesforce: Cloud Administration Essentials

This course is intended for individuals who: 

  • Need to manage instances of Salesforce Sales Cloud at varies times
  • Have Sales Cloud user skills and are exisiting Sales, Administrative, or Operations support employees
  • IT employees who are given the additional responsibilities of the Salesforce system administration
  • External consultants who have been engeged to provide adminitrative support for an organization



It is recommened that for the most succesful outcome after taking this course, the student has:

  • Working knowledge of how Salesforce is being used in their organization and general familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience user interface. 
  • Experience with using Salesforce1 mobile app on IOS or Android devices, is helpful but not required.
